Finally is my first book “Joy from Food” available in English! Hooray! 🙂
It is packed with my favourite healthy recipes that I like to cook for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. This is my menu to stay full of energy, fit & HAPPY!
I photographed all the foods at my home in Estonia on the colorful surfboards of our family. It was kind of a challenge to keep away my boys from all the fresh berries & tasty ice-creams! I share in my book some funny stories & pics about that as well. 😉
And you will find from my book some rules how to stay fit and how to lose weight in case you need to. These are the rules that helped me to get back in shape after my kiddo was born. I also had problems with sleeping and back pain but it all disappeared when I started to eat regularly, exercise and eat healthy food again. I just got lost for a year in wrong direction… It happens. But don’t worry, it’s never too late to get back on track! 🙂

Katrin Siska is known as a member of famous Estonian poprock band Vanilla Ninja, a host for several TV broardcasts, artist manager, counselor of mayor of Tallinn and director of culture center Lindakivi. She is a lawyer with higher education who has been in politics as well. Right now she is traveling the world with her family, cooking and making photos, practicing yoga and every kind of sports!
