►►► IN THIS EPISODE: Let me show you the best 15 minute workout at home. It is a real fat burner and excellent full body workout. Really easy & super effective if you do it regularly. If you are a beginner, start with 1 round and if you are used to sports, then do at 3-4 rounds.

At the moment, after a little training pause because of sickness I train with gymstick 3 times a week and other 3 days I do HIIT (hign intensity interval training).
